At UNNATI STUDIO, We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and packaging are intact

• A return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

Note:

• Items purchased during sale/discounts are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).

📦 Return Process

1. Raise a return request by emailing us at help.desiweeb@gmail.com with:

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Product image (to verify condition)

2. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

4. Packaging must be secure to avoid damage during transit.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Method:

• Refund amount will be transferred to original payment method only if approved.

Refund Timeline:

• Inspection: 2–3 business days after receiving the item

• Refund Processing: 3–7 business days

🔁 Exchanges

If you want a size exchange, you can raise a request within 2 days.

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.

• Subject to availability of stock.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged items

• Items without original packaging

• Free gifts or promotional items

🚫 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of purchase.

📍 Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 12 hours with images.

We will replace it at no extra cost once we get the damaged product.
